1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Framework Legal PLLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Her Table, Her Rules website, programs, coaching services, community, and related offerings (collectively, "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Her Table, Her Rules provides coaching, advisory, and community services for women business owners and entrepreneurs, including but not limited to:

• Strategic business coaching and advisory sessions
• Group coaching programs and masterminds
• Private community access and networking opportunities
• Podcast content and educational materials
• Live events, workshops, and gatherings
• Digital resources and training materials

3. Membership and Registration

Certain Services may require you to create an account or register for a program. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Payment Terms

Fees and Payment

• All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due at the time of purchase or according to the payment plan selected
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified at checkout
• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors

Payment Plans

If you select a payment plan option, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all scheduled payments. Failure to complete all payments does not relieve you of your obligation to pay the full program fee.

Refund Policy

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, course materials, and methodologies, are the exclusive property of Framework Legal PLLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our materials
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Share login credentials or program access with others
• Record or redistribute coaching sessions or live events

6. Community Guidelines

When participating in our community spaces, you agree to:

• Treat all members with respect and professionalism
• Maintain confidentiality of discussions shared within the community
• Refrain from soliciting or promoting your own services to other members
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior
• Support and uplift fellow community members

We reserve the right to remove members who violate these guidelines without refund.

7. Disclaimer

Our Services are for educational and informational purposes only. While we provide strategic business coaching and advisory services:

• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or financial results
• Your results depend on various factors including your effort, experience, and market conditions
• Testimonials and case studies represent individual experiences and are not guarantees
• Our coaching does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or medical advice

You are responsible for your own business decisions and should consult appropriate professionals for specific legal, financial, or other advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Framework Legal PLLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our Services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Framework Legal PLLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of our Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or share through our Services

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Services immediately ceases
• Any outstanding payment obligations remain in effect
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Framework Legal PLLC.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver.
